Returns
We do not accept returns for books once they have been delivered, except in cases where:

The book received is damaged during transit.

The wrong book was delivered.

The product received has a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind.

Accidental orders.

Minor variations in cover appearance, printing, or packaging.

Orders where the customer has provided an incorrect shipping address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or other suitable resolution.
Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement copy of the book at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in situations where:

A replacement cannot be provided.

The ordered item is unavailable.

The order cannot be fulfilled for reasons attributable to us.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
